Yes it is probably spongy because of the the minimal layers of cloth.

Regrettably the weather conditions are once again looking unfavourable for rocket launching this weekend. Sunday 2nd October Grass Valley launch has now been rescheduled to Sunday 9th October due to pending inclement weather.
The forecast is for winds from 28km/h - 32km/h and occasional showers.

This will be the last launch for the 2016 flying season.
