That would be about right. I looked there and then thought it went further west. I climbed the fence and spent 30 minutes in the really tall grass.

Re: 8th March 2020 Launch "Flames Smoke & Noise Spectacular"

Hi all, I lost a rocket today, west of the launch pad.

It’s blue with a yellow nose one. Really keen to recover because it had an RRC3 on board.

Cheers Brad

October launch

What a great turn out for our flames, smoke and noise event. I was working on the gate and everyone left with smiles on their faces. Great work team!

Re: Thoughts SCR L1

I’m not familiar with your existing kit, but any well built rocket with a 29mm mount should be suitable for L1 cert. You don’t need electronics, payload section or 38mm for L1.

August launch?

Is the August launch going ahead? There’s usually a launch invitation on this forum by now.

Re: 14th July 2019 Launch

I’m planning the maiden flight of my first dual deployment rocket. The weather looks perfect for Sunday.

Simply turn up and ask for Blake. There is a form that you need to fill out which is straight forward.

Re: RRC3 first time user - baro monitor not working

D’oh

Got an email from Jim Amos and he explained the connection process. I overlooked a power switch on the USB dongle.

All working correctly now.
