There are many things that can potentially affect both the timing of the motor deployment and when apogee occurs. As Lamp says an altimiter takes out the guess work and can save the day if an anomaly occurs. The bigger motors do away with motor ejection as there is just too much variation for it to ...

Nich bunch of photos 8) Not exactly sure where the requirement for the face shields came from. Perhaps they did their own risk assessment. I've noticed data issues in my GPS telemetry data and I've also seen Google Earth incorrectly process them as well. Interesting shroud lines. I take it that it came that way. Usually I tie all the lines together. Only issue I can see it some lines will be longer than others. Guess this will be fine.

Pretty much there. So what’s the plan for the flight (motor, altitude etc)? Are you going to do a shake down test flight first?

After the success of the Crew Dragon demonstration mission, I thought I’d see if I could make Dashware gauges that are styled after the new ones SpaceX is using. Let me know if you’re interested in using these in your own videos.
