Re: RE: Re: AMRS website

Just out of interest the email I sent to info@rocketry.org.au was sent on the 14th of July at 7.33pm Wow was that nearly six weeks ago. OK, can you please resend and send me a pm with the email address and membership number as it was most likely lost in spam if you haven't heard back in that amount...

Re: Institutional knowledge

There are obviously a few variables, but a ballpark is ~700gsm per mm.

There is a company in SA (need to look it up) that is doing araldyte, but freight is expensive. Give me a call during the week and I can chat to you about other resin options.

Great, if you don't have your AMRS login, send an email to info@rocketry.org.au with your WARS details to confirm its in the system, so you can log into the AMRS site to grab the docs

It’s a 54mm phenolic coupler tube. I left it in the pool for a few days. It came out looking exactly the same as it went in! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Well that's no good then. What did you use as a release mechanism/agent? And how long did you leave the finished tube in before trying to rem...

With respect to my composite experimentation, I’ve joined the club of people enthusiastically embracing tube rolling - and not being able to get said tube off the mandrel!! It currently makes a great whacking stick. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Bugger! How long did you leave it on before trying...

Hey guys, Great to be on here. I just rolled into Melbourne from Perth to start studying aerospace engineering at unimelb. I've joined the ARES rocket team here and I'm planning on launching my own low power models while working towards my L2. I'm guessing MARS is the place to be in Vic for all roc...

Yes there is a member in Alice Springs, but that isn't the challenge it is the launch site for HPR that needs to be setup with approvals.
