We are working closely with many regulators including ACMA. There aren’t any exemptions in play but there are some very interesting frequencies to use.

Yea, I mentioned the spectrum concerns for Australia to Adrian in the TRF thread and he said they were definitely going to make a version that will be compliant for us down here. FYI, I’ve hit up Adrian with some queries about the new GPS to make sure everything will be compliant for Australia and will work with him if need be to make sure it is. Looks like a great unit and will be stocking them for sure once available.

Haha that is funny. I actually made an EX motor (3 grain 6” ~O3000) for a static burn and was told I couldn’t burn it upside in Potter NY state, coz it would vanish into the water below the surface, so now I understand why. Bob from rockets magazine later burnt it for us and it worked out pretty nic...

That depends on what impulse you are planning on flying. If the total impulse is going into HPR, then yes.
