Re: Name the new SCR Green Propellant and Win

In this 'modern' age where everyone has to be a victim (It's always someone else's fault and someone must "owe" me something) I am claiming discrimination and victim status as I do not have "Facebook" and therefore cannot participate.   I demand justice for all of...

Re: Deployment charge

Empty shotgun cartridges do exactly the same job and they are a hell of a lot cheaper - a 1/4 BSW screws through the primer pocket neatly and seals it. I even went very fancy using 'blue' shells for the primary charge and 'red' shells for the back up charge. In the past I used charge cups (shotgun s...

Turn the sound up loud and listen to those "Sparkies" cackle. Music to my ears.
Thanks Matt for capturing that great footage.

Come on Matt - You can do it. Just make it a bit bigger and you can play to.
About as close as you or I will get to a space flight.

PS. I will come and play too.

Re: API tailcone retainers

Forgot to mention: The 55mm is the actual distance the MMT itself extents out from the centering ring. The male threaded section of the retainer that is epoxied to the MMT extends another 15mm past that.

Re: API tailcone retainers

55mm from rear centering ring. I put the centering ring in 7-8mm from the end of the airframe to leave plenty of space for the fillet and the lip of the tailcone that fits approx. 2mm into the airframe.

Not happy "Flying High".
I have a solution for you. Start your own company and import your motors yourself. That way you would have nobody to complain about except yourself.
