with a the smallest motor i could use it flew really well with nose weight and actually flew really well.. better than I expected

It will take 29mm and 5G 38mm motors.. 6G if you fold the chute right :)

The last of the mini nuke decals arrived today.. I am always pleasantly surprised at how good Krusty's decals are.. thanks again mate, they look fantastic 8)

One of the mini nuke airframes after being wet sanded to 2500grit.. all exterior panels are the same finish... spot my easy way of doing it?

Here is a 3" diameter, 29mm MMT version called the micro nuke. Again all fibreglass construction just slightly different internally with a larger compartment for the recovery gear which now goes around the top of the MMT. Should be a fun little pocket rocket.

I havent launched this one yet bur when I do I will post video. if you watch the video Jase uploaded of the April launch on the tripolli aus FB page you will see the mini nuke launch.. think its the first rocket on the video.

Here is a photo with a 12" ruler for scale. Its only 360mm long and 3" diameter.

I figured I had better paint the Micro Nuke. I first put down 2 coats of high build spray putty (sky blue) and sanded that back. I then applied a white primer and am adding the colour later today.
