Here's a table summarising the equations you need to calculate the lift force on most of a rocket's lifting surfaces (nosecone, fins, body, transitions).
Haven't seen them all in one place before, so figure it might save another poor soul from wading through all of the Barrowman equations.
Only use the fin-body interference factor when calculating fin lift.
Can generally neglect body lift for regular looking rockets.
