Converting RockSim files for Open Rocket

Hi team,

Just wondering if anyone has experience in converting RockSim files for use with Open Rocket

You can simply open them in OpenRocket. Certain things won't work e.g. spill holes in parachutes, but this is not a big deal.

You should immediately save it is a .ORK file so it will record motor data that you apply to it.

There are a few incompatibilites that can crop up. Give it a good check over after you converted it. Keep in mind that your simulations don't convert, you will need to recreate them and if you don't save it as a ORK the simulations will not be saved.

Oh and when you save it as a ORK, don't forget to remove the .rkt extension from the file name.
