Perfect launching conditions greeted members at the launch site today. After waiting out light aircraft stall tests directly above the launch site we managed a total of 46 launches: 32 low power, 8 mid power and 6 high power.

Most prolific flyer for the day was again Mark with nine launches ranging from an A10 to an I255 in 'Midnight Lightning' to 3782 feet. Close behind Mark were Aiden with 5 launches including an H135 in "MK4 Rocket Propelled Companion Pod" to 2100 ft and Paul also with 5 launches from B to D power.

Other notable launches were John flying his Dave and Fred rockets to 400 ft, Andy and Lincoln drag racing their rockets "Lincoln going to get reackt" and "Donald Stump" on C motors and Blake flying Snowy on a CTI H123 Skidmark motor.

Largest launch for the day was Miles flying his 3 meter tall "Miles Project" school project on an L730 motor to 4000 ft.

See you at the June launch!

A big thank you to our volunteers on the day, particularly Mark for help with set up and pack up as well as our RSOs (Rob / Mat) and LCOs (Petar / Mark).

awesome video - not sure if you realised that you accidentally dropped an F-bomb in the video (as it was drifting towards the corn field...) - did your son play this at school?
