Are there toilets at the launch site and also, I have heard that it is a campsite, so do we have to book the campsite or anything?

Camping is free, BYO everything. There is a showerblock at the roadhouse but it's a 15min drive.

Although it is free, please consider a bringing a donation for the landowner's charity.

Someone will be taking a collection on site I'm sure.

I've seen from the site that the Launch Site is 15 mins north of the Westmar Roadhouse, what are/is the actual coordinates/place or are there any road signs directing toward the site? I am planning on arriving around the Westmar Roadhouse at around 6:30pm Friday and then camping at the site, where should I head when I get to the Roadhouse?

I think this weekend at Westmar has been postponed due to it still being too wet after the 4"of rain recently.

Blake is currently trying to confirm with farmer.

Nearest river height station is Flinton:
Moonie R at Flinton - 2.85m - Falling at 03:00 PM MON 26/09/16

The farm is upstream from there and the warning is for downsteam so hopefully it's going to be ok. A bit damp under foot for sure. Possibly a good idea to travel via Tara and Meandara. Check out the bom map.

http://www.bom.gov.au/qld/flood/brochur ... /map.shtml

Sure we'll hear soon.

They didn't say anything when you booked? The roadhouse is on the other side of the river.

I rang Blake earlier this evening and he had been in contact with the farmer, the farm paddock's are too wet .No problems with road travel to and from, we just cant move about to recover rockets.
