Hi Dale, welcome to the forum. I was in your great state capital a few weeks ago.
There are a some very active water rocket enthusiasts here.

Welcome Dale. There are a few guys that hang out here that do water rockets. In particularly Aircomander has a long history of wowing us with his work.
