Australian Rocketry shipping container pre-order announcement

Postby kopius » Fri Aug 24, 2018 9:59 pm

The much anticipated rocket motor and component pre-order is here.

As Australian Rocketry prepares for the next shipment of motors and other goodies, we always like to give people the opportunity to pre-order products as to not miss out on that certain item they really want. This shipment will have both motors and components, so if you are looking for something really big, this is the perfect opportunity to save on shipping.

This shipment is particularly important as it is the only opportunity to order motors for New Zealand’s National Launch Day (NLD, February 2019) and Thunda Down Under 2019 (18 – 21 April 2019. You can check out the TDU promo and buy tickets here https://thunda2.com.au).

With a number of products low in stock, we anticipate this container to be filled with all of your favourites, plus a number of new items never been seen before in Australia. In particular there are some VERY SPECIAL motors planned for Thunda Down Under 2019.

For the first time ever, we are offering lay-by (or lay-away for our foreign friends). This is offered under the following conditions:
• 40% down payment required immediately;
• Balance can be paid off over a maximum of 4 months;
• Lay-bys must be paid in full before goods are released and can be paid out early;
• 5% administration fee applies to all lay-bys;
• Minimum order $200;
• We are working on an automated system for lay-bys, however in the interim, payments will be required to be made by direct deposit;
• Full Terms and Conditions can be found here: https://ausrocketry.com.au/terms-conditions

If you wish to use the lay-by online, simply place an order like normal and select the ‘Lay-By’ option.

Orders can be placed online and must be received by no later than Friday 07 September 2019. If you have special request, please contact us at info@ausrocketry.com.au

Hey Blake, having already ordered some Estes motors, i’ll get you to put some micromaxx motors in for me. I won’t need any of them until Thunda...

It looks like a lot of the out-of-stock AT 38mm loads don't allow back-ordering. Is that right? Just my luck, as I wanted those loads. :?

A drag race...sure :wink:

Pity Sirbrad is not L3 or we would have ourselves an L3 Micromaxx drag race :lol:

I’ll most likely lose, last time I tried to launch LPR I tried 4 ignitors in 2 different motors and still couldn’t get the rocket in the air... :mrgreen:

I have a starter set I got a few years ago that I have never opened that I will bring to Thunda for giggles :D

I didn’t have any ideas on cool projects that would require unusual motors to order for a Thunda19 build.

Until today...

I thought of a cool project for a CTI Pro54 1408K2045-17A VMAX...

And the orders closed last Friday..

Oh well...

He is, but I'm a bit worried for him. I've emailed and left voice mail and not heard back in the last couple of weeks. I also have an order sitting in "Processing". Does anyone know if everything is OK at AR?
