Featherweight GPS Tracker

Postby 03flyer » Mon Jan 15, 2018 7:50 pm

This looks pretty simple, and I like simple things.
It’s still in it’s infancy stage so I can’t find out a lot of details.
So just going by the information on their web page, I’d like to ask the more experienced fliers if this is something I should keep my eye on?

Yes, this will be a good product once it's mature. Plus Adrian has committed to provide spectrum compliant versions for Australian use so they'll be kosher down her from an ACMA perspective.

There's a lot more info on TRF in the thread Adrian started if you'd like to find out more. Just be forewarned, the SNR over there is quite high so ymmv.

I would have probably purchased a pair of these already but they are only Apple so far. I am allergic to Apples. An Android version is in the works I believe.

I'm pretty sure you're pretty sure the Android version is currently being developed... :D

You should try baking them, it gets rid of all the worms.
