Soyuz mission launched about 27 minutes ago has had an anomaly and will not make it to the ISS. Heading back to Earth for a ballistic landing currently.
Search and rescue personnel will take about 1.5h to reach the expected landing point.
Godspeed guys.

Re: Soyuz Mission Misses the Space Station
We all take our lives in our hands every day, but to sit on top of a machine propelled by a controlled explosion to go to an unforgiving environment to live for months on end takes an act of faith. Faith in the thousands of people that produce the tiniest rivet through to whoever made the paint, and still the others that put it all together. That there was such a great result from a major failure is testimony to the planning and execution of all involved.
