Sadly it was visual only, as the couple of hundred km between us pretty much damped-out any rumble. I don't have a particularly good camera so I just enjoyed the sight from the beach. Nice to see though. Maybe someday I will be a little closer.

The FAA has issued the license for flying FH :D

Launch window is currently set for 1830-2100h UTC on 6FEB18 (0530-0800 on Wednesday 7FEB18 AEDT).

Last I saw of the live pad feed the FH was still not to be seen. Will need to be going vertical soonish I would have though. Probably today their time.

OCISLY has left port and headed 342km downrange for the central core LZ. https://goo.gl/L9HXtj

The launch has been delayed due to upper level winds. Now scheduled for 3:15 pm ET (7:15 am AEDT).

The launch time keeps being put back due to high upper level winds, revised launch time is 7:45am AEDT.

If you don’t already have the SpacexNow app, I would highly recommend it.
