Things are getting real. Accom booked. Rockets ready. L3 documentation approved. Family visits lined up. Car serviced.

Now just a car to pack and then light up some slightly adulterated APCP :D

Good Morning we are now at L-10 days

There is now a weather forcast for the whole event and is as follows
Thursday - Sunshine and Hot with a low of 18° high of 36° wind speed 9km/h
Friday - Sunshine and Hot with a low of 19° high of 35° wind speed 11km/h
Saturday - Sunny and Very Warm with a low of 19° high of 34° wind speed 13km/h
Sunday - Sunny and Hot with a low of 19° high of 36° wind speed 11km/h

Chance of rain over the eventis <25%

*forecast by accuweather and eldersweather

Thank goodness it is dry heat out there instead humid so we can cope..... :roll:

Main thing is that looks so good with the no rain forecast and even the winds are ok :D

As this is a countdown thread, I leave tomorrow morning, for a fly fishing trip on the way up. As today is my last chance to work on my project I am currently experiencing "this should only take 10 minutes" only to find hours have past when I check the time!

I hear you lamp,, I'm in the same boat. I had 2 main projects and I am down to one as the second just isn't going to get of the ground lol. For a diversion My Mrs and I just contacted the ISS as it flew over using our rocket tracking gear. I guess it passed the test!!

Well, I have just done all I can...all that is left is to mount and install the booster altimeters when I get them from Blake and install rail buttons into the pre-drilled holes which I'll do when I get to Westmar. Everything else apart from normal prep is done, what a marathon day!

Packing for both my fishing trip and Thunda will be done tomorrow morning before I leave, I'm just too tired tonight and I need a good nights sleep.
