AMRS Announces new TAG Chair

Postby AMRS Executive » Thu May 11, 2017 3:45 pm

Due to unparalleled work commitments Nic Lottering has regrettably tendered his resignation as TAG chair.
Nic has been a cornerstone for many of the technical documents, rules & guidelines since the inception of the AMRS. His attention to detail and input have been immeasurable and will be sadly missed.

Nic is also taking a short break from flying, concentrating on his architectural business for the immediate future.
I would take this opportunity to thank Nic for his diligence and time as the TAG chair.

Stepping up to the challenge of TAG chair, is Simon Liebke.
Simon has been a level 3 flyer for a number of years, and has the credentials to fill the HUGE vacancy left by Nic's departure.

The AMRS Executive welcomes Simon to the team, and looks forward to working closely with him as he guides the Technical Group through their obligations.

Well now, that's some disappointing news. :( Thanks for all of your time and help over the past few year Nic. I look forward to your return to flying mate.

Congrats Simon! I'll get a "Drew's flight approved" stamp made up and mailed to you shortly to take all the hard work out of your reviews of my High Altitude Flight Review documentation!
