So after ALOT of searching.. I found the nosecone
I did a RAG stress test on the shock cord.. tied it to a tree and the other end to the tow bar.. im aware its not accurare I just wanted to see the diff between a snapped shock cord and a cut shock cord.. much rougher break..
So it does look like it has been cut.. wtf it got cut on I have no idea.. looks like ill have to buy another rrc3 as it didnt enjoy the fall.. but at least I have my 2" nosecone back in future I wont be using anything but tubular nylon or kevlar strap for fibreglass rockets.
Discussion on ground control/GSE and recovery equipment. This includes launch pads, triggers, chutes, streamers etc. Includes other items such as simulation and other computer software, etc.
I just got a reply from missile works. I asked them if they are able to provide parts to fix my rrc3 and they said to send it back and as long as the pcb is intact they should be able to fix it thats customer service
